Terms and conditions

Before booking one of our Tpods please take the time to read these Terms and Conditions. Please do not ask us to deviate from the terms conditions in any way.They include important information about your booking, the pods, site facilities and your stay with us.

Our Pods are for 2 adults age 18 and over.

Strictly No additional visitors. We do not cater for lively parties or large groups. We have a quiet time after 10pm out of respect for other guests.

If you are found to be in breach of these conditions during your stay we reserve the right to ask you and your party to leave, with no refunds given.

Cancellation Policy

In the event that you are unable to stay with us, we are not able to provide a refund. We suggest that you take out suitable travel insurance in the event that you need to cancel your stay. .If you need to cancel and can give us at least 30 days notice before your original check-in date we may be able to rearrange your holiday. If you dates move between seasons there may be a cost incurred. . If you need to cancel within 30 days of check-in there is no refunds. Only those named on the booking are allowed to stay in the T-Pod lodges.

If we have to cancel your booking we will provide a refund.* *Not applicable for government enforced lockdowns. Coronavirus COVID-19 . If you test positive for Covid we cannot offer a refund. We recommend you take out suitable travel insurance to cover. In the event that we have to temporarily close the glamping site due to lockdown, we cannot provide a refund. Instead we will offer you alternative dates and help you to rearrange your holiday with us to another date.

No Shows .

If you do not check-in on your travel dates we will not provide a refund. . Please check your travel dates carefully as if you turn up on the wrong dates we will not be able to accommodate you.

Payment Policy .

At the time of booking we will collect a 30% deposit for the entire cost of your stay. The remaining balance will be collected 6 weeks before the date of your stay. If your stay is less than 6 weeks from the time of booking, we will collect the full payment. You will be asked to store a card before you check-in date for a security deposit authorisation. Please refer to the Security Deposit section of our Terms and Conditions. Accommodation. The lead person booking must be aged 18 or above at the time of booking..

Security Deposit

Before your stay, you will be required to store a card with our booking system which will be used as a security deposit pre-authorisation. This authorisation of £200 will be held on your stored card and only used if you fail to comply with our Terms and Conditions. We aim to be as fair as possible, and rarely charge guests any or all of their security deposit. The £200 pre-authorisation will be held from your check-in day and released within 24 hours of check-out. It may take the bank a few days to remove the pre-authorisation. The pre~authorisation should be in place 5 days before your stay. Failure to store a card for the security deposit pre-authorisation will result in us cancelling your booking and you will not be issued with a refund. Damage

If you or any of your party cause damage to the pod, the facilities or the exterior of the pod, or the site in any way, we reserve the right to collect payment from you to cover the cost of the damage. Damage can include but is not limited to. Water damage • Misuse of property and items •Burns including cigarette burns and smoke damage .Glass items in/around the hot tub including bottles, glasses, Chipped and broken crockery including plates. Please report any damages to us before you check-out. Breakages and damage must be paid for. Please do not move the furniture about as this can cause damage.

Cleaning

The Barlosh team will clean the pods between each stay. You are responsible for leaving the pods in a tidy manner before you leave, including putting rubbish in the bins and washing up any dirty kitchenware or bbq area. .Please report any damages to us before you check-out. Breakages and damage must be paid for. A charge of £45 will be made for any pods that have been left in an unsatisfactory mess.

Camp Fires and Fire Pits

‘Campfires’ and ‘guests own barbecues’ are "not permitted on site" The BBQ and the fire pit must be used only in the designated area outside the pod for safety reasons. Only bbq & fire pit coals/logs purchased at Barlosh Luxury Glamping may be used, Please select your option in the Extras section during booking. Please make sure the BBQ/fire pit area is left in a tidy and clean.

Parking

Only one vehicle per pod, except by prior arrangement. .There is a designated parking place in our car park. Please do not park on other areas of the site. Vehicles are left at your own risk. We accept no responsibility for damage or theft on the site.

Smoking .

We operate a ‘strict no smoking policy" inside the pods or the terraced area. This includes tobacco products and e-cigarettes. . Guests are permitted to smoke at the back of the pod , but you must dispose of your cigarettes use the ashtrays provided. Smoking in the hot tub is STRICTLY prohibited. Charges will be made for Any marks, burns, damage caused by cigarettes or E~Cigarettes or anything similar.

Pets at Barlosh Luxury Glamping

Dogs are allowed in our Barony and Killoch TPods for a fee per animal per night ,max 2 dogs which must be booked in advance. . The dogs total behaviour at the , the pods or around the Glamping area is the owner’s responsibility at all times. No dogs allowed at all in the PiperHill Tpod and if found to be to arrive with a dog you will be asked to leave. not allowed on the bed and furniture inside our outside the pod. Any pet droppings or animal mess must be picked up and properly disposed of. If this is not adhered to there will be a charge occurred . Please keep pets on a secure lead and under control at all times when outside the Pod. Please do not allow your pet to dig in or around the Pods or in the grounds. Please keep pet from any excessive noise ie barking or howling. No animals in the Jacuzzis. No pets allowed in the fields.

Keys

Any lost keys will be charged at £45 as we will have to replace the key and the locking system for security reasons.

Loss & Theft

Barlosh Luxury Glamping accept no liability for belongings that are lost or stolen on the site, including in and outside the pods.

* Hot Tub

Any damage to the device will be charged. Please do not smoke in the hot tub, take glass or breakable items into the hot tub or any electrical items. No children to be left in the hot tub un-supervised at any time.

Barlosh Grounds

Please dispose of your rubbish in the bins provided in your pod and at the exit of the site. . Please drive slowly when you are on the site to maintain the safety of yourself, our guests and any wildlife on the site. . Please keep noise within a respectable level. . Respect your pod neighbour's privacy. . Please do not feed our horses. . Please do not enter the horses Barn or fields without consent from the owners of Barlosh. . We reserve the right to ask you to leave if you partake is irresponsible
